The particular work is inspired by Rembrandt’s painting “The anatomy lesson of Dr. Deyman” (1656).

The examination of the brain is isolated and appropriated as I perform my own anatomy using elements from my work.

Through an aesthetic of powerful colorations, I abolishe the boundaries between the inside and the outside, turning the invisible into visible.

At the same time, my images are projected on a space discharged of the personal narration burden, in a new landscape of a non-specified place, virtual and truly fake, standing autonomously.

The butterfly in the middle of the composition symbolizes a procedure of transformation and psychosomatic change. It is the result of my self-observation that surpasses my personal boundaries and is addressed to each one of us.
